UPPAbaby Return Policy:

• Items must be returned new and unused. Items returned without first being authorized by UPPAbaby will not be accepted for a refund.

• Returns received within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued a full refund, less a $9.00 restocking fee

• Items received outside of 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded 60% of the total less the $9.00 USD restocking fee.

• Items that are returned that show evidence use or not returned in original packaging will be returned to the customer.

• Items will not be able to be exchanged.
